Belly Binding

A combination of postpartum and newborn care, hybrid care is ideal for families interested in both daytime and overnight support. Hybrid care enables me to more frequently check in with the birthing parent, allowing us to collaborate more efficiently on your baby's care. Because you and I get more face time, hybrid support is optimal for implementing a 24 hour feeding and sleeping schedule for your new baby.

Daytime care shifts focus on the parents, making sure your physical and emotional needs are being met as you care for baby. Daytime shifts also consist of household organization including tidying, restocking, laundry help, nursery upkeep. Light meal and snack preparation as well as grocery restocking are included in this service.

Overnight care shifts are just that- while you rest, I ensure baby is feeding through the night, creating a calming and soothing environment that allows them to return to sleep between feedings and changing. I continue to provide lactation support to breast/chest feeding parents, working with you to get baby fed through the night.

Hybrid care can begin the day of birth and can last up to 6 months. Hybrid care requires a minimum booking of 160 hours to be used within 30 days of the first shift. Hybrid care shifts are available during the daytime and overnight. Daytime shifts are between 8am-7pm and a minimum of 4 hours, overnight shifts are 8-10 hours long ending at 6am.
