Daytime Care

As your postpartum doula, it is my goal to leave behind a confident and well rested parent. I strive to provide the highest level of care, education, and support to the families I work with. With daytime support, we work together to ensure you feel confident in caring for your newborn. I also take care of basic household duties like laundry, tidying, and bottle cleaning/sterilizing in order to alleviate your mental load. My goal is to provide you with the mental and physical space, time, and skills you need to recover from birth and bond with your little one.

Whether you're looking for newborn care education, physical and emotional support, another set of hands, or just looking to get some time to yourself, daytime care is the service for you. All services come with personalized community referrals, resources, and recommendations.

Daytime care can begin the day of birth and can last up to 6 months. Daytime care requires a minimum booking of 40 hours (or 10 days) to be used within 28 days of the first shift. Daytime care shifts are a minimum of 4 hours in length and occur between the hours of 8am and 8pm.
